OUR LOVE

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. (NIV)

PRAYER

We do daily prayer for the community, city and nation, praying for peace, the economy, the sick and elderly, the youth and school children.  Prayer is an opportunity to spend time with God. To really understand the heart of God, you need to pray. In John 15:15, Jesus says He no longer calls us his servants, but calls us His friends. Talking with God develops a deeper relationship with Him.

HEALTHY EATING

Last year we embarked on training women on skills for “Preparing Healthy Meals” for their families and the response was encouraging. Recognizing that our community is rated one of the poorest in the nation, We wish to continue this project and make it part of our Obesity Campaign focus.

HOMELESS

Our passion is not just to feed the hungry, but build a relationship of trust and using the opportunity to present attendees with new perspective to fruitful and meaningful life style.  We discuss life, purpose, destiny, turning hopelessness to hope. We source speakers and people whose lives have turned around thereby inspiring hope in the participants.

CHILDREN SERVICES

Our future planning include setting up care homes for abandoned children and children that will be referred from social services.  The plight of abandoned and morally depraved children in society is of utmost concern to this Trust and we are determined to play our part to eliminate the stigma attached and enable these children instead.

CARE HOMES

We have continual contact with several care homes in the Liverpool 6 area. Throughout the year we endeavour to take food, clothing and other donation. During the Christmas season we create a whole programme for the care homes to enjoy worship, singing, dancing and EATING of course.

OBESITY CAMPAIGN

In pursuit of this object of our Trust, we have designated a Recreation area in our church building. People, especially the young ones will be encouraged to use the facility for exercises and interaction. Posters, leaflets and flyers will be displayed while seminars and workshops will be organized regularly.
